1. Why my email is needed for registration?

We need your email for two reasons:-

  1. A proof of real identify.
  2. Communicate with you related to your account's matters

We respect all our members' privacy. We have setup the server for more than ten years and never sent junk emails to our members. If you don't want to receive any news (such as competition and campaign) related to our site, you can select not to receive them in the registration page.

2. Why does the registration page reject my email?

We need to send the password email to you. However, we discovered that some email service provider does not accept the email sent from our server. We explicity bar those domains which we have identified that has the problem. Try to use another email domain like gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com etc.

3. Why can't I receive the password email?

Normally, the password email will be sent to you immediately. Yet, there are a number of reasons for this:-

If you cannot get the email within an hour, the registration seems to be failed. What you can do is to register another account and preferred with a different email and a different domain. The old unconfirmed account will be removed after three days. We reserve the right to hold unconfirmed account until our next routine purge account process.

4. How to confirm my account after receiving the password email?

You only need to successfully login the online game server once using the application.

5. I lost my password, can you resend to me?

6. Can I change my password?

Yes you can do that with the webpage http://www.weweweb.net/game/webpage/member-chg-pwd.html.

7. Can I change my email?

Yes you can do that with the webpage http://servlet.weweweb.net/update_email.jsp. However you need to reconfirm your new email address. Your old email still in effective, before you have done your reconfirmation.

8. I have forgotten my username and password, can you help me?

If you can receive email register email address, you can reclaim the username/password pair with the web page http://servlet.weweweb.net/member-forgot-pwd.jsp.
