《南早》《經濟》裁員減薪

今早看了這則新聞... 早前一輪裁員潮, 現時似乎開始是減薪潮, 連報業都開始了.

"本港兩份報章昨日宣布員工減薪，英文報章南華早報集團下月起，向全體員工減薪百分之五至十二，並再度裁員十七人；而經濟日報集團宣布下月平均減薪百分之五，高薪人士減幅較多，集團稱無一刀切裁員計畫，但員工指《經濟日報》昨仍有斬件式裁員。..........."

唉, 裁員當然是慘啦... 但減薪也令員工沮喪, 因為減薪幅度似乎至少5%.

希望肥Bean不是其中一個不幸的人... 作為一個公司的忠誠small potato, 肥Bean一直默默支持公司. 如要幫襯, 盡量也不會幫襯competitors.
