起咗身之後仲要搵啲嘢嚟聽咁充實. Dog, 你實在係個很勤力既人嚟, 我很佩服你呀(講真的)!!! 6:30a.m.既時候, 我相信嗰天仍黑黑地, 我正zzz到忘我既景界.

哦...... 難得有人講出你想講既嘢, 怪不知你咁感動.

聽你咁講, 我估計你同你啲家人也受過類似既不公平或不憤或很離譜的遭遇... 你有興緻既話, 就講啲嚟聽吓... 事關我哋唔係嗰行, 好難真真正正知道當中黑暗既一面.

Talk about few years ago

When we have a good position of our family shop in the market (old), of course, we can earn $, but they said they need to do the renovation, and we need to move other place.

other place = no people go in, no business, DAMX ... entire month only sell $2000 - 3000 for consecutively 4-5 months, oc course, we close it immedately but keep play the rental for few years (3-4), after that, the new market finished the renovation, we move back.

You think think stop business from few years, what else my mother can do? she is non-education, limited capacbility, over 45 ... etc

哦, 原來係咁.

Ummm, 咁你屋企人咪白白交租有3至4囉... 呢條數都好"甘"喎. 假設每月2000蚊/3000蚊/4000蚊(我其實對公共街市既租金要俾幾多錢係無任何概念), 咁一年就要俾$24,000/$36,000/$48,000租金, 4年就要俾$96,000/$144,000/$192,000租金... 咁嗰幾年你屋企人點樣渡過呢?

咁後尾街市裝修好後, 你既屋企人係咪搬返去原有地方, 生意有無比未裝修前好呢?
