Time: Saturday is always available

Budget: free of charge!!! Except you want to eat something expensive or special

Karaoka (old song) or you can bring a new DVD or VCD

A lot of reason why Nov. also, I give more time to webmate to arrange his / her schedule, I think 1 month is notice in advance is ok...hehe

How about Nov. 01 (Saturday)?
If not ok, I can switch in Nov. 08

Play card, MJ, sing K, play with my daughter...etc
She is extremly energetic, I worry about you will be exhausted after you play with her

BBQ time
