用微波爐「叮」過海鮮後,往往會留下很強的腥味,一打開爐門,腥味「攻」出來實在使人難受,而且腥味久久不去。其實只須用一隻可加熱的碗,裝入清水,加幾滴醋,不加蓋地加熱一分鐘,再用乾布稍稍擦拭爐壁,腥味盡除。
微波爐辟腥一分鐘完成
